The staff is eager to help with activities.

Our room had red ants upon arrival, which made for an unpleasant start. Despite reporting it, the solution was merely ant spray that didn’t work. The shower had issues twice during our stay, and service explanations seemed lackluster regarding these problems.

We loved the personalized attention from the staff it felt like family. The breakfast toast was amazing a must-have every morning.

our stay at the shade hotel, coworking, 300mbit, adults only was fantastic! the staff were incredibly friendly, always going the extra mile to help us. the cafe served some of the best food in town, and we loved the refreshing pool, which was a perfect escape from the sun. everything we needed was right near everything.
